5. Payment Terms

Project fees are outlined in individual proposals or Statements of Work. Unless otherwise stated:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work.
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery.
• Ongoing services (website management, ad management) are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other methods specified in the invoice.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with work in progress, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We are committed to ensuring you're happy with the final result.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Acquisition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

For ongoing monthly services, either party may cancel with 14 days' written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
